Shipping Policy

Orders are processed on business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

US Shipping: $4.99 flat rate, shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days after shipment.

Free US shipping on orders of $50 or more with code FREESHIPPING.

International Shipping: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. Please make sure your billing and shipping addresses match. We are unable to quote destination-country taxes or duties in advance. We currently ship to: Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Belgium, Great Britain, Germany, France, Netherlands, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Switzerland, Israel and Brazil.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice to arrange redelivery or pickup. Unclaimed packages are returned to us after the carrier holding period.

Return Policy

If your item arrives defective or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@fantasyard.com for a full refund or replacement.

For non-defective returns within 30 days of delivery, a 20% restocking fee applies and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be unworn and in original condition.
